KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Lloyd M. Haines; individually and as
managing agent for Mark S. Haines, and Lezlie Haines, trustees of the Haines
Family Trust; Gail R. Bleecker, trustee of the Gail Bleecker Trust; and Judith R.
Ginsburg, trustee of the Ginsburg-Brown Loving Trust, hereinafter referred to as
Grantor, in consideration of the sum of one dollar, ($1.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, does hereby grant, license and permit to City of Ashland, its successors
and assigns, hereinafter referred to as Grantee, a temporary construction easement
and right-of-way to use, occupy and crossover the real property located in the City of
Ashland and State of Oregon that is bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
See Exhibit"A"attached hereto and incorporated by reference and made part of
this document as though fully incorporated herein.
And;generally,shown on:
See,Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated by reference and made part of
this document`as'though fully incoeporated'herein`.-
For the purpose of using the.same as a means of ingress and egress for the
construction of improvements to the North Main Street Bridge Repair Project No.'2012-
02, over, across, and upon the real property described herein, adjacent to or in the near
vicinity of the above described real property for transporting equipment,personnel,
supplies and materials that may be necessary or expedient for the construction of said
improvements and further to store machinery, equipment, supplies, materials, dirt, rocks
or earth thereon, as may be necessary or expedient in connection with the construction
of said project.,
That within a reasonable,time after completion of said construction the Grantee
promises and agrees to replace and restore as nearly as practicable the surface of the
above describe.d.real property to its condition as it was immediately prior to the date
hereof:
That this.easement,.grant, license and permtt shall terminate upon the completion of
the construction of the prolecf above mentioned`o�`(3j'months from the-tlate of signing;
whichever is later.
The completion of construction shall include restoration of the premises upon which the
street or utility is constructed, and�the ppremises above described.

A temporary easement for ingress and egress for constriction and repair of a bridge beam over
and across the following described tract:
BEGINNING AT the southwest corner of that tract described in hvstrument Number 90-13239 of
the Official records of Jackson County,Oregon,located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 9,
Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, in the City of Ashland,Jackson
County, Oregon,said comer also being a point on the northeasterly right of way line of Main
Street; thence North 32°30'East,along the southerly line of said tract,a distance of 14.68 feet,to
a point 13.00 feet northeasterly of;when measured at right angles to said northeasterly right of
way line;thence leaving said southerly line,North 29°50'West, 13.00 feet northeasterly of and
parallel to said right of way line,a distance of 34.48 feet,to a point on the southerly face of an
existing building; thence South 60'10'West,along said southerly face and its southwesterly
