KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS that the City of Ashland, Oregon, hereinafter called grantor, for
the consideration hereinafter stated, does hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim unto Siskiyou
Bellview LLC, an Oregon Limited Liability Company, hereinafter called grantee, and unto grantee's
heirs, successors and assigns, all of the grantor's right, title and interest in that certain real property, with
the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any way appertaining, situated
in Jackson County, State of Oregon, described as follows,to-wit:

INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE.
To have and to hold the same unto grantee and grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
The true and actual consideration paid for this transfer, stated in terns of dollars is $0.00.
In construing this deed, where the context so requires, the singular includes the plural, and all
grammatical changes shall be made so that this deed shall apply equally to corporations and to
individuals.
BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON TRANSFERRING FEE TITLE
SHOULD INQUIRE ABOUT THE PERSON'S RIGHTS, IF ANY, UNDER ORS 195.300, 195.301 AND 195.305
TO 195.336 AND SECTIONS 5 TO 11, CHAPTER 424, OREGON LAWS 2007. THIS INSTRUMENT DOES
NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF
APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS
INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE

A vacation of that ten (10.00) foot wide Public Utility Easement, over and across Lots 24
and 25 of West Bellview Subdivision, Phase 2, recorded on July 24, 1998 in Volume 24,
Page 29 of the Plat Records in Jackson County, Oregon, lying situate within the Southwest
Quarter of Section 14, within Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette
Meridian, City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, more particularly described and
bounded as follows, to wit;
BEGINNING at a 5/8 inch iron pin at the most northerly corner of Lot 24, West Bellview
