Perez Account Executive Encicsure AUTHENTICATED Exhibit C, Revision 1 Table 1, Page 1 of 1 Contract No. DE-MS79-92BP93666 The City of Ashland Effective at 2400 hours on March 23, 1995 This revision clarifies in Table 1 that the City's bus voltage regulator is receiving Bonneville's O&M services, and adds Table 2, maintenance'of City facilities at Bonneville's Mountain Avenue Substation at the City's expense. Facilities Operated and Maintained by Bonneville at City Expense: City's Bus Voltage Regulator 1. On November 27, 1991,the City picked up load through Bonneville's mobile transformer bank and the City's bus voltage regulator installed in PacifiCorp Electric Operations' (Pacific) Ashland Substation. In exchange for the benefits that Bonneville will receive from having the voltage regulator installed at this point of delivery, Bonneville agrees that the monthly payment pursuant to section(11)(e)hereof for regulator maintenance shall be zero. It is also the intent that Bonneville will maintain the voltage regulator with no monthly payment by the City if the regulator is relocated to another location. 2. Bonneville's responsibility is limited to routine operations and preventive maintenance. AUTHENTICATED Exhibit C,Revision 1 Table 2, Page 1 of 2 Contract No. DE-MS79-92BP93666 The City of Ashland Effective at 2400 hours on March 23, 1995 Facilities Operated and Maintained by Bonneville at City Expense: Mountain Avenue 1. On October 5, 1994,the City's Mountain Avenue Point of Delivery in Bonneville's Mountain Avenue Substation was added to the City's Power Sales Contract. The City began receiving deliveries of power and energy through its Mountain Avenue Point of Delivery on October 17, 1994. Bonneville has agreed to perform routine maintenance on the City's facilities located in Bonneville's Mountain Avenue Substation. 2. Bonneville's responsibility is limited to routine operations and preventive maintenance on the City's three(3) 15 kV class reclosers. Major failure of the reclosers will be handled pursuant to subsection 1 l(d) of this Agreement. Charges are as follows: Annual O&M Location Facili Charge $ Bonneville's Mountain Avenue The City's three(3) $3,000 Substation 15 kV class reclosers Annual Charge for Operation& Maintenance: $3,000 Monthly Payment: $ 250 1J 1/ The annual charge for operation and maintenance has been adjusted to allow 12 equal monthly payments, which will be billed in accordance with section I I(e)of this Agreement. 3. The charges for routine operations and preventive maintenance of the City's facilities described above will be reviewed in three(3)years from the Effective Date of this Exhibit. At that time, charges may be revised, or either party may terminate the agreement described in this Table 2 for any reason. . l
