TERMINATION OF EASEMENT
This termination is in reference to the following described real property:
Lot 2 in that certain Partition Plat No. P-39-1999, recorded in the official records of
Jackson County, Oregon on June 30, 1999, Index Volume 10, page 39, County Survey
No. 16191.
The Malibar Group, LLC Retirement Plan ("Malibar) is the record fee owner of Lot 4 of
the subdivision, and is the Grantee and beneficiary of the "Private Drive Easement'
created on that partition plat, which easement currently burdens Lot 2 of the subdivision.
For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Malibar
hereby terminates, for all purposes, the Private Drive Easement burdening Lot 2,
effective immediately..
