DEDICATION DEED
FOR ROAD OR STREET PURPOSES
Robert J. Lombardi and Corinne S. Lombardi as tenants by the entirety, as to an
undivided 65% interest and Ariane Franc, Trustee of the Ariane Franc Revocable
Trust dated June 6, 2001, as to an undivided 35% interest, as tenants in common,
Grantors, do hereby dedicate to the City of Ashland for public use a perpetual right-of-way
for street, road, and utility purposes on, over, across, under, along, and within the
following described real property in The City of Ashland, Oregon:
See Attached Exhibits "A" and "B" incorporated into this document by
reference as though fully incorporated herein.
To have and to hold the above-described and dedicated rights unto the public forever for
uses and purposes hereinabove stated.
The Grantor hereby covenants that they are the owners in fee simple of the property
being granted subject to easements of record and that they have good and legal right to
grant their right above-described.
The true consideration for this conveyance is Nine Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Two
($9,452.00), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.

ASSESSOR'S MAP NO. 39 1 E 05 DD,Tax Lot 3600
A variable width strip of land to be dedicated to the City of Ashland, Oregon for public street
purposes, over and across that tract of land described within Instrument No. 94-31089 of the
Official Records of Jackson County, Oregon, said tract lying situate within the Southeast Quarter
of Section 5, Township 39 South, Range I Fast of the Willamette Meridian, City of Ashland,
Jackson County, Oregon, more particularly described and bounded as follows, to wit;
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 7, Block 14 of the City of Ashland, according to the
Official Map of Ashland adopted by the City Council on November 5, 1888, lying situate in the
Southeast Quarter of Section 5 in Township 39 South, Range 1 East, of the Willamette Meridian
in Jackson County, Oregon; thence South 15°13'56" East, along the westerly line of North Main
Street, a distance of 15.00 feet to the southeasterly corner of that tract of land described within
Volume 91, Page 334 of the Deed Records in said County, common with the most easterly
northeast corner of that tract described within Instrument No. 94-31089 of the Official Records in
said County, the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing South 15 013'56" East, along said
westerly line, a distance of 9.68 feet; thence North 57°50'24"West, leaving said westerly line, a
distance of 25.42 feet; thence South 77°09'36"West, parallel with and 6.68 feet southerly from
the southerly line of Wirier Street, a distance of 27.30 feet; thence 49.27 feet along the are of a
180.67 foot radius curve to the right, having a delta angle of 15°37'31" (Chord bearing South
84°58'22"West, 49.12 feet) to a point intersecting said southerly line of Wisner Street; thence
North 77°09'36"East, along said southerly line, a distance of 78.91 feet to the northwesterly
corner of said tract described within Volume 91, Page 334; thence South 59102'10" East, 21.65
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
