DEDICATION DEED
FOR ROAD OR STREET PURPOSES
Grantor, The Colwell Loving Trust, John C. Colwell and Cheryl L. Colwell,
Trustees, does hereby dedicate to the City of Ashland for public use a perpetual
right-of-way for street, road, and utility purposes on, over, across, under, along,
and within the following described real property in The City of Ashland, Oregon:
See Attached Exhibits "A" and "B" incorporated into this
document by reference as though fully incorporated herein.
To have and to hold the above-described and dedicated rights unto the public
forever for uses and purposes hereinabove stated.
The Grantor, through its trustees, hereby covenants that it is the owner in fee
simple of the property being granted subject to easements of record and that it has
good and legal right to grant its right above-described.
The true consideration for this conveyance is Sixty Four Thousand Seven
Hundred Eighty dollars No/100 Dollars ($64,780.00) the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged.

A variable width strip of land to be dedicated to the City of Ashland, Oregon for public street
purposes, over and across that tract of land described within Instrument No..95-35359 of the
Official Records of Jackson County; Oregon, said tract lying situate within the Southeast Quarter
of Section 5,Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette,Meridian, City of Ashland,
Jackson County, Oregon, more particularly described and hounded as follows, to wit;
BEGINNING at the southwest corer of Lot 6,Block 12 of the City of Ashland, according to the
Official'Map of Ashland adopted by the City Council on November 5, 1888, lying situate in the
Southeast Quarter of Section 5 in Township 39 South,Range I East, of the Willamette Meridian
