As grantor and owner of the property listed above, I hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or other actions as
required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement is to be binding upon
mysefturselves, my/our heir(s), executors,and assigns, and R is my/our express intention that this Agreement shall run with the land,so
that fulfillmem of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the property.
Action:The owner shall not install kitchen facilities Into the lower level dwelling space at 107 Fork. The existing
property contains only one single family residence, and the property cannot be have a separate residential unk,
vacation rental, or travelers accommodation. A separate, second residential unit is not permitted in the R-1-7.5
zone without obtaining a Conditional Use Permit from the Planning Division. Therefore use of this space as a
separate dwelling or vacation rental would be a violation of the Ashland Municipal Code and subject to all

County, Oregon, according to the official plat of RAOARDINB TRACT at a point which is 75.0
feet North of the most northerly corner of B.S. Evens lot as described in Volume 130 page
270 of the Deed Records of Jackson County, Oregon; thence South 75.0 feet to said
northerly corner; thence South 450 West along said Evans lot, 60.0 feet to a pointy thence
in a Northwesterly direction along the northerly line of tract described in Document No.
