HomeMy WebLinkAbout2013-059 CONT Addendum #2 - Roxy Ann Rock ADDENDUM TO CITY OF ASHLAND CONTRACT FOR GOODS AND SERVICES Addendum made this 12th day of March, 2013, between the City of Ashland and Wes Norton aka Roxy Ann Rock. Recitals: A. On January 2, 2-13, City and Contractor entered into a "City of Ashland Contract for Goods and Services (further referred to in this addendum as "the agreement'). B. The parties desire to amend the agreement to Increase the compensation to be paid to Contractor including slight modifications to the project. City and Contractor agree to amend the agreement in the following manner: 1. The maximum price as specified in Paragraph 4 of the agreement is increased to $ 4083.00. 2. The scope of services is modified to include repairing the foundation of the Senior Center building at the rear entry where the concrete ramp attaches to the building. 3. Except as modified above the terms of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
