Ashland, Grantee, (its licensees, successors, and assigns) a perpetual non-exclusive easement in
gross for the, right of ingress and egress over the above described area for the continual and
perpetual use of the sidewalk by the public on real property described below,

Pedestrian Easement area to be described:
Commencing at the Section Comer common to Sections 10, 11, 14, and 15 in Township
39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon, thence
South 89°54'06' East, along the north boundary of said Section 14, a distance of 1479.80
feet, thence South 00°05'54" West 43.325 feet to a point tying on the southern right of way
line of the Relocated Green Springs Highway, thence North 89°52'39" West, along said
right of way line, 22.50 feet to the northeast comer of Tract D described in deed recorded
as No. 2013-004679 of the Official Records of Jackson County, Oregon, for the true point
of beginning of the easement area to be described; thence South 08°44'31" East, along
the east boundary of said Tract D, a distance of 5.67 feet; thence leaving said east
boundary, North 89°54'11" West 151.44 feet to intersect the north boundary of said Tract
D; thence North 84°46'28° East, along said north boundary, 60.83 feet to an angle point
therein; thence South 89°52'39' East 90.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing 679 square feet; more of less.
