KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That JOE P. JARVIS and RUTH JARVIS, husband and wife,
do hereby grant an easement unto THE CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal
corporation of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00), which Easement is for any and all utilities
including but not excluded to water, sewer and electrical lines
or pipes and which Easement'is over the property situated in
Jackson County, Oregon, described as follows, to-wit:
The Northerly Ten (10) feet of Lot Eight (8)
in Block Three (3) of the TIMBERLINE SUBDIVISION
in the City of Ashland,Jackson County, Oregon
The Grantors warrant that they are the owners of said
real property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances
whatsoever.
