The tree easement area is described as that portion of frontage of Grantor's property abutting Ashland Street necessary to adequately plant, care and maintain the number of trees specified above. The tree easement area shall not exceed five feet in length or width for each tree as measured from or along the right-of-way line of Ashland Street. This grant of easement is subject to all existing easements and rights-of-way of record.
