Jackson County, Oregon, a political subdivision of the state of Oregon, Grantor, releases and quitclaims
to the City of Ashland, Grantee, all right, title and interest in and to the following described real property (the
"Property"):
Map number 391E04BB tax lot 600, tax account number 1-011362-3; further described as:
Beginning at the Southeast comer of Quiet Village Unit # 1 in the City of Ashland, Jackson County,
Oregon; thence South 89°55' East 100.0 feet to the West line of Michelle Avenue; thence North 0o28'
East along said West line and the Northerly extension thereof, a distance of 615.84 feet to the true point
of beginning; thence continue North 0o28' East, 50.0 feet to a point which intersects the Easterly
extension of the South line of Oxford Street; thence North 89o55' West, 100 feet to the Northeast comer
of Lot 17, Block 1 of Quiet Village Unit #3, in the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon; thence
South 0o28' West, 50.0 feet; thence South 89°55' East, 100.0 feet to the true point of beginning.
The true consideration for this conveyance is -0- (none).

PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT
TO VERIFY APPROVED USES.
