HomeMy WebLinkAbout2014-232 Agrmt Ext - ACCESS Energy Assistance AGREEMENT TO EXTEND OREGON LOW INCOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT This Agreement to Extend Oregon Low Income Energy Assistance Agreement is entered into between Agency Name: ACCESS ("Agency") and Home Energy Supplier: City of Ashland ("HES"). Agency and HES may each be referred to as a "Party," or collectively as the "Parties." The State of Oregon, acting by and through its Housing and Community Services Department ("OHCS") is a third- party beneficiary of this Agreement. WHEREAS, the Parties entered into the Oregon Low Income Energy Assistance Agreement ("Agreement") on October 1, 2013 , with a term expiring one year from the date of execution, and WHEREAS, the Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of one year. THEREFORE, in exchange for the mutual promises contained herein, the Parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth below: In accordance with Section 4.1(g) of the Agreement, the Parties agree to extend the Agreement through September 30, 2015. Except as expressly modified herein, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. No changes have been made to the agreement for the 2015 program year. Enclosed, please find two copies of an Agreement to Extend the Oregon Low Income Energy Assistance Agreement for your business. This agreement becomes effective upon signature of both parties and shall remain in effect unless terminated by either party. Please complete and sign both copies.
