CONSIDERATION:
DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
The undersigned trustee or successor trustee, under the trust deed executed by Catherine Edward as
grantor, in which the City of Ashland is named beneficiary, and recorded September 27, 1994, as
Document # 94-34623, said trust deed conveyed or assigned to and executed by Kerry and Jochen
Ziems as grantor, in which the City of Ashland is named beneficiary, and said trust deed was not
recorded, a written request to re-convey reciting that the obligation secured by the trust deed, $
7,305.00, has been fully paid and satisfied hereby grants, bargains, sells and conveys but without any
covenant or warranty, express or implied, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all of the
estate held by the undersigned in the described premised by virtue of the trust deed.
BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON TRANSFERRING FEE TITLE SHOULD INQUIRE ABOUT THE
PERSON'S RIGHTS, IF ANY, UNDER ORS 195.300, 195.301 AND 195.305 TO 195.336 AND SECTIONS 5 TO 11, CHAPTER 424,
OREGON LAWS 2007, SECTIONS 2 TO 9 AND 17, CHAPTER 855, OREGON LAWS 2009, AND SECTIONS 2 TO 7, CHAPTER 8,
