The Public Service Commission of Oregon, through two of its members, H. H. Corey and Fred A. `Ulliams, made personal examination and inspection of said crossing. And further, City of Ashland, through its offi0tals has filed written protest to the designation of said crossing as a "stop crossin.,"' Being an ex parte matter, and a formal hearing not bei~_g .required by statute and. tl,.e Commission being fully advised in the premises, after c =.r_-fua inspection of t-:e environs of said crossing, makes its f _ndings of fact as f o.i.lows FINDINGS OF F,,t-iGT 1.
