BILLINGS, Ashland, Oregon REAL F;STATF, INSURANCEā€ž CONVEVANCINIG $stablished July, 1883 3~~, 0 0 Quit-Claim Deed. ~i This Indenture Witnesseth,That we,Cbarles K..Klum and LucindaWKlum,husband and wife,of the County of Jackson and state of Cregon,for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR (~1.CO) to us paid,have bargained and sold and quit-claimed and by these presents do bargain,sell and quit-claim unto the City of Ashland,in Jackson County,Cregon,the following described prem- ises situate and being in the County of Jackson and State of Cregon,to-wit: ii l All our right,title and interest in and to one certain water ditch commonly known as the Anderson wining Ditch taken out and from the waters of Ashland or .01 Creek abuut tto miles above the place where the Ashland Flouring Pills used to to and running thence in a Elorthv,esterly direction to what is corrzrionly known as the Davenport Diggings,and all water and water- rights appertaining thereto.
