HomeMy WebLinkAbout2545 Rezone PropertyORDINANCE NO. 2545 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2052, THE LAND-USE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND AND SECTION 18.12.030 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, TO RE-ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM RR-.5-P TO R-l-10-P (CITY OF ASHLAND) THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the Ashland Municipal Code, are hereby amended by rezoning from city of Ashland RR-.5-P (Low Density Residential) to City of Ashland R-l-10-P (Single Family Residential) the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and made a part hereof. The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the 5th day of December, 1989, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 1989. Nan E.
