Reference is made to that certain trust deed recorded July 24, 2009 , in book/reel/volume no, at page
, or as no. Document No. 2009-028581, records of Jackson County, Oregon , in which Wilma
LLC is grantor and is trustee. The undersigned Is the beneficiary named In said deed or his successor in
interest and is now the legal owner and holder of the promissory note and other obligations secured by
said trust deed.
YOU ARE HEREBY REQUESTED and directed to reconvey, without warranty, to the party or parties
designated by the terms of said trust deed, the estate now held by you under the same in and to the
following portion of the real property described in said deed, to-wit:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Real property in the County of Jackson, State of Oregon, described as follows:
Parcels 1 and 2 of Partition Plat No. P-32-2015, recorded September 9, 2015, in record of
Partition Plats in Jackson County, Oregon and filed as Survey No. 21797 in the Office of the
C ;Unty 5urveyor.
The making of said partial release shall be endorsed by you upon said trust deed which herewith is
presented to you for that purpose. After your endorsement is made, the trust deed is to be returned to
the undersigned at the address noted below.
NOW, therefore, in consideration of your issuance of said Deed of Partial Reconveyance, we agree to
indemnity and hold the Trustee harmless from all liabilities which you may incur in issuance of said Deed
of Partial Reconveyance.
