AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2052, THE LAND-USE
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND AND SECTION 18.12.030 OF
THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, TO RE-ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM JACKSON COUNTY RR-5 TO CITY OF ASHLAND E-1 (ADROIT
CONSTRUCTION CO. ANNEXATION)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the Ashland
Municipal Code, are hereby amended by rezoning from Jackson County
RR-5 (Rural Residential) to city of Ashland E-1 (Employment) the
property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and made a part
hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the /~_~day of

A tract or parcel of land situated in the Northwest quarter of
the Northeast quarter of Section 14, Township 39 South, Range 1
East, Willamette Meridian, County of Jackson, State of Oregon
more fully described as follows:
Commencing at a 2 1/2 inch diameter brass disk monumentins the
accepted quarter corner common to Section 11 and Section 14,
Townshlp 39 South, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian, County of

the Intersection of said southerly boundary and the average
centerline of a creek; thence leaving said boundary, North 07°
