The land described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, situated in the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon is hereby withdrawn from Jackson County Fire District No. 5 pursuant to the provisions of ORS 222.524. SECTION 2. The City of Ashland elects to pay the bonds of the Special Taxing Districts pursuant to the provisions of ORS 222. 520 (2) (b) .
