PLANNING ACTION: #2012-00899 SUBJECT PROPERTIES: Ashland School District Properties Ashland High School – 201 S. Mountain Ave. Ashland Middle School & John Muir School – 100 Walker Ave. Bellview Elementary – 1070 Tolman Creek Rd. Helman Elementary School – 705 Helman St. Walker Elementary School – 364 Walker Ave. Briscoe School – 265 N. Main St. Lincoln School – Ashland School Administrative Services – 885 Siskiyou Blvd. APPLICANT: Ashland School District DESCRIPTION: A request for a Conditional Use Permit approval for the creation of a Master Sign Permit Program for the Ashland School District Properties. The program intends to set parameters for material, location, area and height for new school signs as they are needed.
