DESCRIPTION: A request for a Conditional Use Permit approval for the creation of a
Master Sign Permit Program for the Ashland School District Properties. The program
intends to set parameters for material, location, area and height for new school signs as
they are needed. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DESIGNATION: Residential (Multi-Family and

DESCRIPTION: Amending the City of Ashland Comprehensive Plan to adopt the Housing
Needs Analysis.
