HomeMy WebLinkAbout2573 Rezoning Property/ParadiseORDINANCE NO. 2573 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM JACKSON COUNTY RR-5 TO CITY OF ASHLAND R-1- 10-P and RR-.5-P (PEACHEY ROAD/PARADISE LANE ANNEXATION) THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and shown as that property North of Peachey Road is hereby rezoned from Jackson County RR-5 (Rural Residental 5 acre min.) to City of Ashland R-l-10-P (Single Family Residential, 10,000 sq. ft., Performance Standards Overlay). The property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and shown as that property South of Peachey Road is hereby rezoned from Jackson County RR-5 to city of Ashland RR-.5-P (Rural Residential, .5 acre, Performance Standards Overlay).
