DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
The undersigned trustee or successor trustee, under a trust deed dated July 3, 2002
executed and delivered by Katherine Kennedy, as Grantor, and recorded on August 27,
2002, in the Records of Jackson County, Oregon, conveying real property situated in
Jackson County described in the trust deed by reference to Instrument Number 02-45190,
having received from the beneficiary under the trust deed, a request to reconvey reciting
that the obligation secured by the trust deed ($6,242.48) has been fully paid and satisfied
hereby grants, bargains, sells and conveys but without any covenant or warranty, express
or implied, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all of the estate held by the
undersigned in the described premised by virtue of the trust deed.
Before signing or accepting this instrument, the person transferring fee title should inquire
about the Person's Rights, if any, under 195.300, 195.301 and 195.305 to 195.336 and
sections 5 to 11, Chapter 424, Oregon Laws 2007. This instrument does not allow the use of
the property in violation of applicable land use laws and regulations. Before signing or

deed executed by Katherine Kennedy, as the grantor, in which the City of Ashland is named
beneficiary and Paul Nolte is named as trustee, and recorded on August 27, 2002 in Jackson
County Record No.: 02-45190 and legally describing the trust property as:
Lot seven (7) in POPLAR PLACE SUBDIVISION, in the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon,
according to the official plat thereof, now of record, and known as 495 Poplar Place.
