DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
The undersigned trustee or successor trustee, under a trust deed dated July 24, 1995
executed and delivered by James and Maria Dykstra, as Grantor, and recorded on August
21, 1997, in the Records of Jackson County, Oregon, conveying real property situated in
Jackson County described in the trust deed by reference to Instrument Number 97-31270,
having received from the beneficiary under the trust deed, a request to reconvey reciting
that the obligation secured by the trust deed ($10,302.29) has been fully satisfied hereby
grants, bargains, sells and conveys but without any covenant or warranty, express or
implied, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all of the estate held by the
undersigned in the described premised by virtue of the trust deed.
Before signing or accepting this instrument, the person transferring fee title should inquire
about the Person's Rights, if any, under 195.300, 195.301 and 195.305 to 195.336 and
sections 5 to 11, Chapter 424, Oregon Laws 2007. This instrument does not allow the use of
the property in violation of applicable land use laws and regulations. Before signing or
accepting this instrument, the person acquiring fee title to the property should check with the
appropriate City or County Planning Department to verify that the unit of land being transferred
is a lawfully established lot or Parcel, as defined in ORS 195.300, 195.301 and 195.305 to
195.336 and sections 5 to 11, Chapter 424, Oreg Laws 2007 :~Zl

Ashland, Oregon and active member of the Oregon State Bar successor trustee under the trust
deed executed by James and Maria Dykstra, as the grantor, in which the City of Ashland is
named beneficiary and Paul Nolte is named as trustee, and recorded on August 21, 1997 in
Jackson County Record No.: 97 31270 and legally describing the trust property as:
Lot 9 of the ASHLAND PARKVIEW SUBDIVISION, a Planned Community Development, in the City
of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, according to the official plat thereof, now of record.
