These Principles are based on labor standards established by the International Labor Organization and are consistent with the Fair Labor Association's (FLA) Workplace Code of Conduct. We also require suppliers of our proprietary products to submit to periodic and unannounced compliance audits by our staff as well as by independent third party auditors. Once completed, our compliance staff works closely with suppliers on rernediation and ensures that corrective actions are taken and are appropriately monitored and verified in a timely manner. As a Participating Company (PC) of the FLA, we also subject our suppliers to independent monitoring by the FLA staff. Factories selected by the FLA for monitoring are chosen randomly by the FLA without prior knowledge of the factory or SanMar. We believe this creates even greater accountability and transparency at the factories that produce our products. For your reference, we have enclosed the FLA Code of Conduct and Principles of Monitoring. You can also find additional information regarding our obligations at www.fairtabor.or SanMar's brands include Red House'", Port Authority O, Port & Company, Sport-Tekm, District', District MadeTm, CornerStonel and Precious Cargo` apparel and accessories.
