which my barn 48 Xis stands, and does not leave room enough on the
East side of said proposed St.to place my bafh.and by putting the
barn on the Nest side of said street would cover all my saleable
land, and would throve the extra expense of moving my barn at a cost
of $75.00,beside the sidewalks of, 256 Ft., sewerage assessment, S
improvements ice..
I shall feel, myself damaged in the following amo34ts,

If mr. wi.lliams and his petitioners desire a street, or outlet to the
Boulevard why not let this street run along Mr.William's West line
the galley
until it strikes 16 x120 feet donated to the city from the lot I
A
own , and strike the Boulevard at the eastern corner of the East
School.
Ashland Council #2
if this "Bililiamt s Went line is chosen it will save the expense
of moving my barn, and I will agree to give 5Q fty dollars
toward the street.
relieving that the Potter -Keller Street will conserve the convenience
and needs of all the petitioners(except Mr.Williams) and will damage
no one, except Mr.Keller who is willing to sellI I have pledged $20.00
toward opening.--that Street.
Trusting that you will see that the "Potter BTHEhT will be less expen-
sive! and give lees dissatisfaction, and believing that I have given a
conservative estimate of the damage and expense which will be actually
that
incurred in case the Street passes through my property , and for the good of Ashlandt s citizens who are already groaning Greviously
under their present finacial load that you will cons' der the Potter
_ to grant
Street , if in your dKdgment,,you deem it wise A either Petition in q=

the city' 8 present financial embarrassment,.-T an, yours respectfully)
