Present Nayor Zamkin; councilmen frost, ;6cGee, Shinn; absent Tanta, Nininger, Turner. ~Gayor Lamkin stated that F. Russill was willing to enter into a contract with the city for the remainder of the year 192Q for a consideration of ~2,~pO, said con•• tract to be the sane as that heretofore entered into by Russill and Mary and the city with the exception that the City only is to have the right to terminate said contract. It was moved by McGee seconded by Shin~a that the City Attorney be instructed to draw~up a contract between F. E. Russill, Jesse Clary, G. C~. King ~.nd the City as agreed upon ry the council and that the ~a~vor and Recorder be instructed to sign sarr~e. Butler, a member of the Park Board, addressed the council asking that the Street Commissioner be instructed to Sprinkle Mill Street, eaid street having recently been improved by the Park Cori~;~ission a,nd being in need of sprinkling, Or, rr,otion, the matter was left to the street Committee.
