To the Honorable Council: . T:^.is is to certify that I will agree to put in the sidewall: on Third Street, between B and C Street, for the sum of 53.00, and the old plank from the t~valk. ~Si~;ned} S. Mfr. Pierce :~.1so asked that ~1ans'_b,~ made for for getting material on hand for the construction oi' the sidewalks ~~nd that the City Enginefr make the necessary survey.  On motion, Mr. Pierce's request was granted and the City Engineer instructed to make the necesssxy survey and plans for said improvement. r jr i
