The hour of ~ o'clock P.1~1, having arrived the council proceeded with the hearing
of any objections to the report of tL~e Vietr:~ers lejr~,ring special benefit asses~rr~erlts an
account of the constr~~ct ion of a sewer in I~r7eade St , Se~~rex District . There being no
objections to said report it w~~s moved anti secor.~~.ed that said report be accepted.

The council next cor~~idered the request of i~xs, Dodge that she be grartcd free
~~f~rater an:~ lights. I~~~oved by Harper, secon~.ed by Flake tat s~,rr~e be granted until

Request of E.F.Smith that 17e be rant~d ~exmisaicn to erect a barn on his property
on ~'~ater Street ~~,as red,:: and, on motion of Dr, ?31~.ke, referred to the S nitary Conar~ittee .pith no~~~er to act.
I.~;otion made and secon:~ed that the Puilaing Comrr,it tee be instructed to investigate
the increase in insurance rates on account of the construction of said baxn and that

made. After some discussion it was moved by Make, seconded by H4~rner that P~Ir, Joy's ~
