The City Attorney asked that he be granted ~~atherity to appear irl the Circuit Court
on behalf of the City in the base of the City of Ashland vs. Jesse I'r`inburn. I~lotion made and t ~ `

killing a ~valrr~t tree on his property and asked that the sY~e trees be removed, On ~~t ion, this matter ryas referred to 1~~ . Frost for investigation.
