The council next considered a corr~rlunication from G.F,I3illin~°s, J.P,Norby, and ~
others asking that the City grant them permission tc bring the water for their lands
c lying west of ant: adjacent to Ashland, through the ditch and syphon used by the City to
convey the wter purchased by them from the Talent Irrigation District. No action ~
~+ra,s taken.

has been designated heretofore as Sewer District No. 22," The ordinance ha~~ing been read
