Minutes of the previous meeting ware read and approved as read.

The council next considered the request of C.L,Brown for a p?rmit to construct a

seconded teat said request be granted. Carried.

first tirlie, on motion, the rules ware suspended, six tenting in favor thereof, and the resolu-

The vote on the motion was as follows; Ayes Burdic, Detrick, Har4iy, Peters, Ailey, ~urigrt;
nays none. Carried.
Moved by Detrick seconded by Ailey t:rat the amount of the transfer from the Electric
Light Fund to the electric Light finking Gund be reduced from X730.00 per month to ~~00.00
per month. Carried unanimously.
Moved by Detrick seconded by Peters that the matter of purchase of typewriters for the Recorders Office be left to tr.e Chairrrian of the Finance Com~iittee.,

Hardie seconded by Detrick that the City Attorney be r~=~quested to draw an ordinance requir-
ing aphysical exam►inat ion for j sr Jor~s har~il ir~g milk. Carried.
An ordinance regulating parking of cars within thr~ city was read. On motion of
Wiley said ordinance was. referred to the City Attorney for modification.
On oration the council adjourned to meet Monday, "ept. 2~th at the usual hour.
