Carried. The City Engineer requested that ~~000. b~ transferred to the I~arehouse Fund in order to provide funds vith which to make the final paymler~t on the war:hous~ contract. r~ove~a by Bur~dic, seconded by '~iley that 2Q40 be transferr~:i to the Waxehouse Funs from the ~a;ter and. Carried. ~~;z Councilman Detrick submitted a report on the advisibility of moving the ~~inburn Cabin. Moved by Buraic sacvnued by wilvy that I~r. D~~trick's re~~n;rt be accepted and the Electric Li ht a;n;i Water Departments instructed to remove all electric and plur~bing fixtures as r e~orr~ended. Carried. ~~~r. Monday, Oct. 12th, at 8:30 o'clock P.M, was M,~ set as the time for thy, opening of the bias. Motion mad^; and socondea that the heads of the various deraxtments be instructed to have thF,ir budget estimates in by Oct, 20th, Carried. ~ 'k'.i The council next proceeded to consider all ordinance entitled "An ordinance further regulat- ing th~^ use, conduct and operation of vehicles en the public streets, roads amd highw~~ys of the City of Ashland, Oregon, amid rravi;iing a penalty far thrJ violation hor_=of." The ordinance ~ having be-n read the first time, on motion, thc~ rules war- suspended, six voting in favor thereof ~y ~.na the ordinance watt passed to the second r~a~~ing, Having been read the second time, roll csll was er~:lered on its adoption. The vote was as follvws~ Ayes Hardie, Hetrick, hardy,  Petars, Wiley, Trio-it; nays none. Thereuron the mayor declaxed City Ordinance No, adopted, On motion, the council adjourned, subject to call.
