D~~trick's re~~n;rt be accepted and the Electric Li ht a;n;i Water Departments instructed to remove all electric and plur~bing fixtures as r e~orr~ended. Carried. ~~~r. The ordinance ~ having be-n read the first time, on motion, thc~ rules war- suspended, six voting in favor thereof ~y ~.na the ordinance watt passed to the second r~a~~ing, Having been read the second time, roll csll was er~:lered on its adoption.
