6 Report of C.A.i~~alone for t]~e quarter ending Sept. 30th, 1925, was read and, on
~ . motion, accepted and ordered placed on file.
V. V. dills again audressed the council regarding the petition for the extension
of Scenic give and asked that the council establish aright-of-way for said extension. mx ~a
After some discussion it ti~laS moved by Hardy seconded by Burdic that the ayor ~
and Recorder be authorized to sign a deed to Ira Reeder for the triangular tract of land adjaininb his property on "C" Street. Carried un~imously.
Moved by ~~~diley seconded by Peters that the Mayor and Recorder be instructed to
i~ ,sign a deed for the easterly 50 feet of the City's tract ~,~~t~he corner of Palm Ave. ~ and tree Boulevard to 'ter. :~utnam in exchange for his
50 foot of land to be used ~
far the extension of Holly Street. Carried unanimously. r~
The council next proceeded to consider a proposed ordinance entitled "Ordinance
~athorizin~ the issuance of City Improvement Bonds in the matter of laying cement
~ sidewalks on j~lida Avenue, bet~~~een Bast gain Street and the Boulevard." The ~
N, ordin~„nce having been read the first time, on motion, the rules were suspended, six s ~:;N
~,3~ voting in favor thereof, and the ordinance was passed to the second .reading. Having
been read the second time, roll call was ordered an its adoption. The vote ~~~ras as ~
follows: Ayes Burdic, Hardy, High, Peters, ~'liley, ~`lright; na s none.
Thereupon the 1~Ia,yor declared the ordinance adopted. ~~9Y~ ~ ~
On motion, the council adjourned.

Avenue, F,Ionroe Avenue and Ashland Streets. ~

Tree petitions having been filed., motion ~~°~as made and seconded that the Recorder ~
be instructed to publish notice of the proposed vacation of portions of said streets. ~m

to the Boulevard. Carried.
