Pre sent Mayor Johnson; Councilmen Burdic, Hardy, High, Peters, ~ffiley, ~~fright; absent none, „ T~inutes of the pre~tious meeting were reau and approved as read. x:i,. tiioved by Hardy seconded by Bur~~_ic that the council open under the head of Petitions, remonstrances, communiea,tions, etc. Carried. ~ Petition signed by thirty citizens asking that the council cause T~~utley Str e et to be graced and rocked, tiaras read. Carried. Bills O.T~'d by the Finance committee, amounting to ~5,9e3.36, were p~°eUented. iyiotion made and seconded that said bills be a11o1Yred and warrants ordered drawn in payment thereof, ';a~ together ~Trith the bill of the California-Oregon Power Company when same shall have been E ` O.Y'd by the Finance Committee.. On motion of Burdic, seconded by 'y"fright, the Recorder was authorized to transfer not to exceed X250.00 from the Electric Zight Depreciation Fund to Paving Dist. No. g r'und as a, loan, all vting in favor thel=eof. !
