~~~~;-e condition of the road near the Rush Service station. On motion of Hardy seconded
by High this matter ~xras referred to the Street Department with instrL.~tions to attend to
the matter a~ soon as possible. "

The council next proceeded to consider a comrnur~ication from i~r.:.~~alo~ne reco mmending
that the nhhland Ice ~ Storage Co. be granted a :275.00 rebate to cover overcharge for electric current used during the r_~onths of June, July, ~u~
and Sept., 1924. It csr as
moved by Hardy seconded by ~'diley that the refund be authorized in accordance with the
reco, ,endation of ~:ir. l~ialone. Carried unanimously.

J.~.Phdlpott addressed the cou11ci1 regarding the draining of 1~lida Street. after ~ 4
some discussion it was moved b~r Hardy seconded by high that this ~~atter be rep"erne d to
the Street Committee for investigation and report at the next meeting. Cc,rried.
In accordance with the re~,uest of the Recorder it ti~~as moved by Hardy seconded by
'~'~right that a temporary transfer of 1500 be made from the~:.I,i~;~t Dep. ~.u1d to the `~~~ater
