He stated that Strickland of the Federal Sign Comp iy had prepared a sketch of a sign ~~rliich was satisfactory to the Chamber of Commerce and- he felt free to recommend that the City pay a portion. of the cost of said sign. "he total cost of the sign is to be .689.30. Of this amount one half is to be paid by the Park Board., one-fourth by the Chamber of Commmerce end the remainder'by the City.
