by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement is to be binding upon
myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this Agreement shall run with the land, so
that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the property.
ACTION: Agree to participate in the local improvement districts for the future improvement of Bellview Avenue (sidewalks,
parkrow, curbs, gutters, paving and stor rainage), and agree not to remonstrate to the formation of such local improvement
district; and agree to pay ass ned re f such designated improvement costs.

Commencing at a point on the south line of Section 14 in Township 39 South, Range 1 East
of the Willamette Meridian in Jackson County, Oregon, which point is North 89041' East 7.50
chains from the southwest corner of said Section, thence North 25015' East 473.88 feet,
thence North 40030' East 254.54 feet to the north line of a 50- foot road described in Volume
344 page 335 of the Deed Records of Jackson County, Oregon, thence East along said road
line 629.94 feet to the west line of a 60-foot road described in Volume 346 page 464, said
Deed Records, thence along said road line North 0015' West 357.28 feet, thence North 0033'
