that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the property.
ACTION: Agree to participate in the local improvement districts for the future improvement of Iowa and Garfield Streets
(sidewalks, parkrow, curbs, gutters, paving and storm drainage), and agree not to remonstrate to the formation of such local
improvement district; and agree to pay assigned share of such designated improvement costs.
