Ashland, grantee, an easement to use a portion nf grantors' property described as

The terms of this easement are as follows:
1. City, its agents, independent contractors and invitoes shall use the easement to
construct, reconstruct, install, use, operate, inspect, repair, maintain, and remove
public utilities, including but not lirnit~d tu all necessary relate¢l facilities over and
under real property described above. Grantee may assign this easement to the
person, cr;rporation, utility company, or governmental entity operating the utility.

An easement over, across and through a strip of land 10.0
feet in width, situated Westerly of and contiguous to, when
measure normal therefrom, the Easterly boundary line of Parcel No.
1 of that Land Partition Survey filed the 14th day of January 1994
and recorded as Partition Plat No. P-5-1994 of the records of
Partition Plats of Jackson County, Oregon, Index Volume 5, Page 5
and filed as Survey No. 13810 in the office of the Jackson County
Surveyor.
Together with and subject to covenants, easements, and
