The vote 90 rotas as follows : Ayes Bergner, Iray, Peters, V~Jhite 'floods; nays ~:~lone. After some discussion it was moved by ~~'floods seconded by Petors that the City ~.ttorney be instructed to prepare an amendrnetzt to the new water rate ordinance in which the sprinkl- ing rate is to be changed from 10 ~ per 100 scuare feet to 5~ per 100 square feet for the 92 first 10,000 square feet about 5,000 and the minimum acreage rate is to be 1~4 acre.
