Communication from George P. King asking that the aJ_ley between Vista Street and Beeeh Avenue be opened was re~.d.

I'Ir. Peters reported that hlr. and less. Bayliss will.; settle with the City for damages

affected b~v the opening of alley betd~reen Vista Street and Beach nve. and. recommend that
said alley be opened.immediately. Attorney ~~ioore representing I~~s. and rss. Bailev ~tnd
~,~ss. G.I~r~.Zoi~~e addressed the ~o~n~rt regarding the opening of alley asking that 'the a1fe~;~
be laid out so 4:.s to avoid the cutting of certain trees and shrubs belonging to his clients.
