Mayor 'Thornton; Councilmen Bergner, Kay, Feters, ~`~hite, V'loods; absent none.

Bills O.K'd by the Finance Committee, amounting to w11,695.77, ~~rere read in total

Bn ineer Dillard addressed the Council regarding the progress of the work on the g
dam. He stated that approximately X21,000 ~~rould be required by June lst and ~~5,000

Councilman Woods reported that the small~~a~ on Fourth Street had been given to ' firith the un~:erstar~ding that he is to remove the same and clean
the lot.

The Cit attorney reported that he had interviewed lb~rs . Elliott and that she Y
asked that she be granted an extension of time for paying her sel~rer assessment.
