I~~oved by Bergner seconded by Claycomb that Dr. Blake be nominated as Chairman of the
Council, No other names having been presented the ~~ayor declared the nominations closed.
All having voted in favor of Dr. Blake the Mayor declared him duly elected Chairman of the
Cauxlcil.
Bills O.K'd by the finance Committee, amounting to ~97.4~, were read in total amount
only. j~~otion was made and seconded that said bills be allowed and warrants ordered drawn
in favor. thereof. The vote was as follows: Ayes Bergner, Bla'~e, Claycomb, Hersey, Taylor
`u'~enner; nays none. Carried.

~4 The Mayor stated that it would be necessary to purchase from X500 to X800 of su ~ ~ pplies
for the hospital, such as drugs, surgical dreti~,sings etc.
