The chatter of purchasing a road roller tivas discussed. Zt vras moved by Bergner seconded
by ~'denner that the A`«ayor be authorized to buy a road roller for ~~1,800 or less, to be paid
for by the electric Zit~ht Department, the other departr~~ents, including the D~yrk, to be
charged for the use thereof. The vote tiaras as follotiwrs : Ayes Bergner, Blake, Hersey, Taylor,
