The chatter of purchasing a road roller tivas discussed. Zt vras moved by Bergner seconded
by ~'denner that the A`«ayor be authorized to buy a road roller for ~~1,800 or less, to be paid
for by the electric Zit~ht Department, the other departr~~ents, including the D~yrk, to be
charged for the use thereof. The vote tiaras as follotiwrs : Ayes Bergner, Blake, Hersey, Taylor,
~~renner; nays none. Carried.

After some discussion the' lw~.yor appointed a cor.~mit~:tee consisting of ~~~re:~~ner, Tailor,
3~ Mersey and the City Attorney to make such changes in the ordinances as they may see fit and
to present the same to the council at their next meeting.
