CHRISTOPHER S. HOLZSHU and MOLLY KINGSLEY-HOLZSHU, Grantors, do her y grant o
ASHLAND, an Oregon Municipal Corporation, PACIFICORP, an Oregon Corporation dba Pacific Power &
Light, CENTURYLINK, CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS and AVISTA UTILITIES, a perpetual easement, for
facilities of public utilities, described as follows:
A strip of land being 10 feet wide lying within that tract described in Document No. 2012-026005, Official
Records of Jackson County, Oregon and lying 5 feet on either side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 18 in "BELLEVUE" in Sections 14 and 15, Township 39 South,
Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence North 00°18'10" East (record North
00°15'10" East), along the West lines of Lots 18 and 19 of said "BELLEVUE:, 708.18 feet (record 708.25 feet) to
a 5/8 inch iron pin; thence North 89°56'25" East (record North 89°53'25" East), along the North line of said Lot
19, 9.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 25°37'45" East, 31.31 feet; thence South 62°39'12"
East, 12.25 feet; thence South 60°43'48" East, 11.95 feet; thence South 88°29'14" East, 14.13 feet; thence North
70°27'44" East, 20.85 feet; thence North 83°39'56" East, 20.28 feet; thence South 89°26'45" East, 23.00 feet;
thence North 00°33'15" East, 31.20 feet to the North line of said Lot 19 and the point of terminus. The sidelines of
this strip shall be lengthened or shortened to intersect the North line of said Lot 19.
Providers of public utilities may use this easement for construction and maintenance of their utility facilities.
Public utilities that may use this easement are gas, electric, telephone, internet, and cable television.
The Grantor, its successors and assigns, covenant that they shall not construct any building or other structures,
except standard surface paving or concrete sidewalk, in the easement; shall not excavate adjacent to utility
facilities and shall not reduce or increase the depth of the cover over any utility facilities without the public
utilities' written consent.
Providers of public utilities making any excavation pursuant to this easement shall promptly fill the excavation to
grade of adjoirupzerty, restore the surface, and repair any damage to landscaping and irrigation.
