Petition of Effie F. Bro~rn and C. F. ?:~cCormick asking that Blocks "a" and "B"
of C~randvievr addition be vacated was read. The IIc~yor eferred this matter to the
City attorney to report back at the next meeting.
Communication from G.?~Z.Green asking that the City do not discontinue its electric
ads was read. °~o action was taken ~n the matter at this time.

Councilman' Bergner's resignation as a membeY~ of the Boxing Comr~lission to become
f effective at once was read and, on notion, accepted.
