Charles Brady, representing the Creneral ~troleum Corporation, presented their
f objections to the assessment levied against their property on account of the con:~truction t

~ Cla comb seconded by Berner that the City r,ttorney be instructed to notify the the - y
Co1lpany that inasmuch as the Council feels that tree irnproverle-r~t is a benefit to the City, ~ the City grill bear half the expense. Carried.

pourer lines, and provided. that nothing
contained herein shall effect holly Street, Altomont Street, and lrarrison Street, as
shov~m on said plat, a~ld providing for the certification of a copy of this ordinance to
~ the ~%ount~u Clerk of Jackson County, Oregon," This ordinance having been read the first
time at the meeting held reb ~ 2nd, motion eras made and seconded that roll call be had
