ACORD 25 (2001/08) INS025 (0108).01 Page 2 of 2 COMMENTS/REMARKS It is understood that the Certificate Holder is an Additional Insured hereunder but only with respect to liabilities arising out of the storage, sale, handling or distribution of dedicated Air BP Aviation Services' aviation products by the Certificate Holder. Coverage afforded hereunder to the Certificate Holder shall be excess over insurance carried by the Certificate Holder who agrees to maintain a minimum primary aviation product's limit of $500,000. any one occurrence and in the aggregate annually and with Air BP Aviation Services included as an Additional Insured. Failure by the Certificate Holder to maintain said primary insurance or if the Certificate Holder ceases to be an authorized Air BP Aviation Services dealer then the excess coverage shall be null and void at the time of such failure or cessation. This policy has an overall aggregate liability limit for all losses of $100,000,000.
